These folded forms are an imagined artifact that women would use for healing. With every abortion or miscarriage women would fold and create a flower that resemble vulvas. Symbolizing the exchange between what comes from women and returning it to the earth to nourish life in a different format. They would hang the textile flowers on the walls together to know they are not alone in their experiences.
